Exhibition on General Vo Nguyen Giap held in Nghe An
PANO - Nghe An Museum coordinated with the Vietnamese Women's Museum and poet Nguyen Thi My Dung to organize an exhibition entitled "Following the footsteps of General Vo Nguyen Giap" on March 13.
It was part of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2024), the 113th birthday of General Vo Nguyen Giap, the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 - 2024), and the 35th anniversary of the Whole People's Defense Festive Day.

The exhibition featured 92 posters on General Vo Nguyen Giap provided by the Vietnam News Agency, the Vietnamese Women's Museum and photographer Tran Hong, as well as 110 poems by Nguyen Thi My Dung, who has written numerous articles and poems on General Giap with a deep respect over the past 20 years.
On the occasion, Nghe An province’s Department of Culture and Sports inaugurated the first phase of the digital experience space at Nghe An Museum to provide visitors with a 3D interactive and immersive experience when learning about the history and culture of the province.
