Exhibition honors military under the Party leadership
PANO – On December 6, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Military History Museum opened an exhibition themed “80 years under the Party’s flag.”
Present at the opening ceremony were General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army and Deputy Defense Minister; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Huy Hieu, former Deputy Defense Minister; Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army.
The exhibition displays nearly 300 photos, documents, and items capturing activities and contributions of the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army; Party and political work through the development of the Vietnam People’s Army; and the task of enhancing the Party's absolute, direct leadership over the building of a politically elite military.

The exhibits are divided into four parts, namely Party and political work in the Party’s revolutionary forces; Party and political work during the resistance war against the French colonialists; Party and political work during the resistance war against American invaders; and marching under the Party’s flag.
The exhibition will last till March 31, 2025.
