Ancient imperial city of Hue in sketches
PANO - From January 29 to February 1, a program entitled “Journey to sketch the ancient imperial city of Hue” was conducted by the Hue Fine Arts Museum, the Urban Sketchers Vietnam, and the Thua Thien - Hue Fine Arts Association.

Under the program, architects, painters and artists from the Urban Sketchers Vietnam in Hanoi, Hue and Da Nang drew architecture works, cultural and historical structures, landscapes, people and food specialties of Hue. You can see the sketches at Tu Duc and Khai Dinh mausoleums, Vong Canh hill, Bao Vinh old quarters, Huong (Perfume) River, and Truong Tien bridge and gardens.
The top sketches will be selected to be exhibited during the upcoming Hue Festival 2020. On April 1, participating painters of the program will make sketches of the opening ceremony of the Hue Festival 2020.
