There will be numerous meaningful activities in the framework of the journey. They are an incense and flower offering to President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Museum’s Binh Thuan branch; a ceremony to honor 12 outstanding doctors and pharmacists for their good care for people’s health, activeness in doing scientific research, and doing voluntary activities for community health; provision of free health check-ups and medicines to disadvantaged people; dissemination of information about the traditions of the military, national sea and islands; artistic and sport exchange, folk-game playing; cleaning sea environment; building youth construction facilities; and visits and gift-presentation to local policy beneficiaries.

The program is one of the meaningful and practical activities launched by Binh Thuan youths in celebration of the 134th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19), and towards the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 12).

It aims to promote dissemination and education about national tradition, President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and style, the love for national sea and islands and arouse youths’ vanguard and voluntary spirit to act for sacred sea and islands of the nation.
