Previously, the DPRK top official was welcomed by Head of the Central Commission for Information and Education Vo Van Thuong; Minister, Chief of the Governmental Office Mai Tien Dung; Deputy Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung; Vice Chairman of the State President Office Chu Van Yem; Vietnamese Ambassador to the DPRK Le Ba Vinh, leaders of Lang Son province; and hundreds of high school students at Dong Dang Railway Station.
