MGM Mirage and the Asian Coast Development Company, Ltd. have announced a project to construct the MGM Grand Ho Tram Resort in a costal area in Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, some 80 miles from Ho Chi Minh City.
The resort will include more than 1000 rooms, entertainment areas, shopping centres, restaurants, conference halls, stages, spa services and other facilities for guests.
It is expected to open in 2011. This will be the first of five planned luxury esorts to be built by the Asian Coast Development Company, Ltd. along the Ho Tram costal region.
The resort, designed by Steelman Partners, will help promote the Vietnamese landscape and cultural identities.
