PANO – The Ho Chi Minh City’s Youth Cultural House, in association with the city’s Youth Social Work Centre and Hoa Lua Rice Company, launched a voluntary program, entitled “Connecting Love”, on August 24 at Hong Duc primary school (District 8).

Presenting gifts to primary students |
The program drew the participation of artists, benefactors, and students. Over 100 students of the school received free dental check-ups. The Saigon Union of Trading Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op), Ba Huan and Topcake companies and other units also presented 100 gifts to needy students at the event.
Participating artists held various performances, and collected over VND 20 million to assist students with serious illness, 10 needy students and five disadvantaged teachers of the school.
