With the message “One SMS - One heart - Connectivity and Pervasion for AO/Dioxin victims”, the program aims to mobilize all social resources to better care for and support AO/Dioxin victims.
Accordingly, each SMS with the text DACAM to 1409 means a contribution of VND 18,000 to help AO/Dioxin victims surmount their difficulties in life.
Such a meaningful and practical program demonstrates the society’s deep sentiment for AO/Dioxin victims.
