PANO – Over 300 people attended a meeting to popularize the Law on Consumer Rights Protection in Tien Giang province on June 13th.

At the event, co-organized by the Tien Giang Provincial Association of Standards and Consumer Rights Protection and the Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk), consultancy on health care for elderly people was also provided.

Accordingly, elderly people were given information on nutrition needs, proper choice and use of nutrient sources, self- protection and health care.

On the occasion, the Vietnam Association of Standards and Consumer Rights Protection granted certificates of merit to 11 units, including Vinamilk, and 20 individuals who have had outstanding achievements in consumer rights protection in Tien Giang province in 2012.
