The exercise was divided into three stages, namely response forces dealing with the incident, operating the province-level response mechanism to deal with the incident, and completing environmental incident response and handling activities.

Thanks to thorough preparation and close coordination among forces, participants well responded and dealt with incidents, especially chemical and toxic gas leakage and spread in large quantities.

Dealing with situations

The exercise achieved all set goals and requirements, thus enhancing the directing capacity of the government and the coordination in handling chemical incidents among agencies and units in the province.
