Volunteers from RoK’s Shinhan Bank and Good Neighbours’ Association on August 21 began their 10-day voluntary activities in Gia Mo commune, Hoa Binh province.

During the ten-day campaign, the volunteers from the Republic of Korea will introduce education, sports, fine arts and traditional cultures of the Republic of Korea to 60 children of Gia Mo primary school and to Vietnamese students through cultural exchanges with local people.

Particularly, Shinhan Bank will donate 50 million won to the commune to build a community cultural centre and classrooms at Lo Son primary school. The construction of these two projects will start on August 26 and 27, respectively.
