PANO – Quang Binh Provincial Border Guard Command on July 6th handed over a clinic to Hamlet 61, Thuong Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province.

Built in December 2012 by the Command, at a cost of VND 2.3 billion, the 162sq.m clinic includes six functional rooms.

Once operational, the clinic will raise the quality of healthcare for local residents.
