The units will organize social and gratitude activities, work with the Department of Military Medicine (DMM) to provide free health checkups and medicines for needy people as well as continuously implement the VND-100-house model (worth VND 70 million each) for policy beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, each basic-level Youth Union organization will identify a “red address” (a revolutionary base, a resistance base or a historical relic site) to upgrade its public establishments; present saving books, farm tools to farmers; support Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy beneficiary families, national contributors and needy people; cooperate with localities to repair war cemeteries; organize cultural and artistic activities and more.

On the occasion, the Military Youth Board in association with other agencies and units will also organize various programs to pay tribute to heroes and fallen soldiers.
