Over the past 20 years, the Plan International Vietnam has supported 10,000 children in 30 communes of the five districts of Dak Rong, Huong Hoa, Minh Hoa, Le Thuy, and Quang Ninh.

With the aim of advancing adolescent girls’ rights, Plan International is the first international non-government organization that approached and supported flood-hit people in central Vietnam with a total of VND 26.3 billion.

Particularly, the first package, worth VND 4.1 billion, includes food and food staff and essential commodities.

The second with an amount of VND 11.5 billion, focuses on improving sanitation quality and supporting children to return to school.

The last, valued at VND 10.7 billion, focuses on helping young people resume their normal lives.

By October 26, Plan International provided essential products for 3,600 households of 12 communes of Huong Hoa and Dak Rong districts, Quang Tri province.
