The PM praised the proactive efforts of ministries, particularly Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, agencies, localities, armed forces, and many organizations and individuals. He commended the Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, State Bank of Vietnam, businesses, and philanthropists for actively contributing time, funds, and resources, reflecting the deep compassion of the Vietnamese people under the spirit of “those who have more help those with less,” and “leaving no one behind.”

All housing support for heroes, martyrs' families, and revolution contributors must be completed by July 24 while the national target of eliminating all temporary and dilapidated homes must be achieved by August 31.
