The action motto was announced at the tenth congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Organization for the 2017-2022 period, which was held on July 28 by the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command.

Armed forces’ youths in the city plan to improve the quality of political-ideological education work, implement training, combat readiness and production missions effectively, and well carry out regularity building and discipline.

They also try to provide all Youth Union members with career orientations and jobs for all demobilized soldiers.

In addition, each Youth Union organization at grassroots level takes care of Vietnamese heroic mothers, support needy children, make contributions to the “VND100 house” program and build strong organizations.

In the term of 2012-2017, the city armed forces’ youths obtained achievements in the voluntary campaign “Green Operation”, “Building new-style rural areas” movement, care for 48 Vietnamese heroic mothers, and construction of seven “VND100 houses”.
