Hanoi has held the event for 16 consecutive years to honor best graduates of the local universities and academies. The program also shows the care of the city’s leadership for the education and training of the city’s young generation as well as their recognition of the achievements of the capital city’s students.

Many of the 88 graduates are Party members and the role models in overcoming difficulties in life while several others have had research projects, initiatives or practical solutions that had won national and international awards.

In addition, some have actively participated in the Youth Unions’ and Student Associations’ activities.

Over the past years, the city has honored 1,705 best graduates. Many of them have achieved successes in their careers and made positive contributions to the development of the capital city and to the country.

As scheduled, the 88 graduates will be honored at an official ceremony held on October 8 at the Temple of Literature.
