In his speech, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Minh Hong highly valued the role of VINASA and IT enterprises nationwide in developing the country’s IT sector.
Initiated in 2003, the award aims to honor high-quality and effective IT products and services in domestic market, contributing to promoting IT application and development in Vietnam in recent years.

Sao Khue 2018 received 103 nominations from 80 organizations and enterprises nationwide, of which 51 software products and 22 IT services were awarded Sao Khue title.
This year’s award gave priority to IT products, solutions and services related to research, application of new technology trends such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Thing (IoT), Big Data, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Blockchain, and Virtual Reality (VR), which are hoped to promote digital conversion process in enterprises and organizations.
The Top 10 Sao Khue were awarded to the most excellent products and services from the Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV), FPT Software, ISOFH company, ITSOL company, TIMA Group, Viettel Network Technologies Center, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), Viettel Telecoms and Information Technology Solution Center, and VTC Telecommunications JSC.
According to VINASA Chairman Truong Gia Binh, the Sao Khue Awards will continue to be innovated, aiming to encourage IT firms to make their utmost and promote innovation, focusing on promoting digital conversion strategy, and developing high-quality services and products, thus serving Vietnam’s development and the demand in international markets.
Over the past 15 years, the organizing board has honored over 800 outstanding software and IT products and services.
