The project’s design, covering an area of 57,000sq.m, was inspired by the lotus, a symbol of Vietnamese traditional culture. The complex will include a five-star, 36-storey hotel with 300 apartments and a modern commercial center. The Vinhomes Ha Tinh urban area, the third luxury housing project being built by the group, consists of 115 single villas and adjacent houses with five-star services besides its projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The complex, expected to be completed in early 2017, is the first luxury construction and the highlight of Ha Tinh city, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the province and the neighbouring areas.

As planned, the villas will be handed over to owners in February 2016 and the hotel will be put into operation at the beginning of 2017.
