The Vina Dai Phuoc Joint Stock Company, under the VinaCapital Group, started the construction of the Lotus Sport Center in Dai Phuoc Lotus Island in the Nhon Trach District of the southern Province of Dong Nai late last week.
The 9,000 sq.m centre is expected to be operational in early 2013 with a 540 sq.m yacht club area, a 340 sq.m spa, a 400 sq.m sport centre, two tennis courts, a leisure park for children, swimming pools, an artificial beach and an out-door events space.
The Dai Phuoc Lotus Project covers an area of 200ha, under the 400ha Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism and Urban Area invested by the Vina Dai Phuoc, a joint-venture enterprise between VinaCapital Real Estate Ltd. and the Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (DIC) with a total capital of US$ 400 million. Up to now, 160 out of 332 villas in the project have been sold.
