Previously, at 3:46am of the same day, the “Coastal information” Radio, under the Vietnam Marine Administration, received a mayday signal of the ship’s accident at about 15 nautical miles from Quy Nhon province’s coast.

The ship crashed into reefs on the way from the Ha Tinh province’s Vung Ang port to Bangladesh.

Immediately, the radio broadcast relevant agencies and local trawlers around the scene to support the distressed ship.

After that, two ships of the Quy Nhon Port conducted search and rescue and then rescued all the sailors and goods safely.
