A representative from the Hanoi Railway Station said that train tickets, ordered by phone, will be delivered free-of-charge to homes as of June 1st , within a 7km radius from the station. Beyond the 7km radius, customers will only pay a small amount for delivery.

Previously, Saigon Railway Station promoted a similar service.
