This election takes place at a particularly significant moment, immediately after the successful 14th National Congress of the Party. It is also being held earlier than usual, demonstrating strong political determination to quickly bring the Party’s resolutions into practice, ensure the stability and coordination of the political system, and create momentum for the country’s next stage of development.
More than eight decades since the first General Election in 1946 have affirmed a clear truth that the strength of the State stems from the people’s trust, and that trust is first expressed through the ballot. Elections are, therefore, not merely a periodic political procedure but a process through which citizens choose those who will exercise state power on their behalf, shape policies, improve institutions, and guide national development.
As the country enters a new phase of development requiring stronger reforms in governance, institutions, and growth drivers, the quality of state power bodies becomes increasingly important. Choosing the right representatives of the people’s will and aspirations also means choosing the country’s future development path.
Each voter, therefore, must demonstrate a full sense of political responsibility to the Party, the people, and the nation. Trust should be placed in individuals who truly represent integrity, competence, and credibility, those with the courage, intellect, and responsibility to carry the mandate entrusted by the people. Ensuring the quality of elected representatives remains decisive.
The Election Day is a national event. It affirms the strength of the people’s will and their confidence in the development path chosen by the Party, the State, and the people. Each ballot cast today is not only a choice but also a statement of every citizen’s responsibility for the country’s future.
