Politburo member, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies Tran Cam Tu delivered a keynote address, praising the office’s Party Organization for its comprehensive achievements over the past term, excellently fulfilling its role as an advisor for the Party Central Committee and its Politburo and Secretariat.

The office has coordinated with advisory bodies of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat to promptly issue numerous strategic guidelines and policies; led and directed the work of Party and political system building drastically and comprehensively, contributing to the perfection of the organizational structure of the political system from the central to the grassroots level, he noted.
It offered critical support to subcommittees tasked with preparing for the upcoming 14th National Party Congress, ensuring necessary conditions and a clear roadmap for its success. It also proactively, actively, and decisively implemented resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Party Central Committee on streamlining and restructuring the organizational apparatus.
He stressed the importance of elevating the caliber of Party officials and members, urging stronger leadership and direction to meet increasingly demanding responsibilities.
The official emphasized the need to accelerate digital transformation and administrative reforms within the Party, promoting the increased use of information technology to enhance leadership and management effectiveness.
Efforts must continue to build a united, disciplined, and strong Party Organization in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and ethics, he said.
Discipline must be further tightened, Hung stressed, calling for stricter enforcement of Party rules, intensified inspections, and swift action to address violations by Party units or individual members.
The Congress elected a new 25-member Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the standing board of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, and Permanent Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Office, was elected as Secretary of the Party Committee.
