PANO – The Hanoi Department of Education and Training on November 18th held a ceremony to celebrate the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20th) and honor outstanding teachers of the capital in 2015.

Addressing the ceremony, Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training Nguyen Huu Do praised the achievements of students in the past school year and recognized contributions of teachers and managers to these achievements of the city’ education and training sector.

In the school year of 2014-2015, five units were presented with the Emulation Flag by the Prime Minister for their great efforts, namely Hanoi-Amsterdam High School, Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, Trung Vuong Secondary School, Nghia Tan Primary School and Kindergarten 20-10.

Additionally, many groups and individuals were also awarded with noble orders, emulation flags and certificates of merit by the State, the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi People’s Committee.
