PANO – Troops from Regiment 692 under Division 301 of the Hanoi Capital Command have helped local people in Dong Tam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi, to upgrade roads and clean the environment.

Despite hot weather, the troops have completed all programs, such as dredging irrigation canals, clearing drains, repairing rural roads, and cleaning up the environment.

In addition, they also disseminated information about the Party’s guidelines and State’s laws to the locals.
