PANO – During the first quarter of this year, Division 390, Army Corps 1, focused on two important missions: Completing two quarantine periods for nearly 1,000 Vietnamese citizens returning from abroad and implementing training courses for recruits.
These days, under the direction of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, the whole unit has taken measures to raise the quality of training for recruits in line with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines.
