Pham Van Hung, Chairman of the General Association of Vietnamese in Laos, voiced his support for the draft documents, noting that they are scientific, well-prepared, and highly practical.
Nguyen Xuan Ha, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Business Association in Laos, highlighted breakthrough policies in the draft documents, saying that they demonstrate the Party and State's strategic vision for sustainable development. He hoped these orientations would soon be translated into concrete actions and policies to better support the Vietnamese business community abroad, particularly in Laos, and to further strengthen the special friendship between the two countries.
Overseas Vietnamese entrepreneur Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen highlighted the Party and State’s consistent focus on human development through practical policies in education and training, and called for continued support for private Vietnamese businesses overseas, including through the public-private partnership model.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Minh Tam said that these opinions will help refine the draft documents and demonstrate the affection, trust, and solidarity of overseas Vietnamese toward the Party and the homeland.
