VPA’s General Staff unveils cultural house in Bac Giang
PANO – The General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) handed over a cultural house to people in Cam Nang village, Tien Nha commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province on January 20.
The project costs VND 750 million, of which VND 500 million was from the VPA’s General Staff while the remainder was from local people and sponsors.
In his remarks, Major General Le Minh Tien, Deputy Chief of the VPA’s General Staff, praised relevant units for their close coordination with local authorities in building the house as scheduled.

He urged local authorities and residents to effectively manage and use the cultural house so as to improve local people’s cultural life.
On the occasion of the coming Lunar New Year (Tet) festival, the VPA’s General Staff and other sponsors offered gifts to local authorities and residents.
