Troops help local people harvest rice.

In recent days, prolonged heavy rains across border communes in Tay Ninh province have caused water levels in rivers, canals and waterways to rise rapidly. Large areas of rice and other crops have been inundated, with water reaching depths of more than 2 meters in some places. In response, border units have pro-actively monitored the situation, coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to identify areas at risk of damage, and promptly mobilized personnel to assist local people.
