Colonel Do Dinh Tien, Deputy Political Commissar of Regiment 692, stated that during the one-week program, officers and soldiers of the regiment assisted people of Hoang Dieu commune in cleaning more than 3,000 meters of the corridor along the Day River embankment, over 2,000 meters of inter-village roads, and more than 900 meters of inter-commune roads. They also cleared over 1,000 meters of drainage systems and nearly 2,000 meters of canals.

The unit provided free haircuts for the local people in the commune at three places. Additionally, they arranged sports exchanges to promote solidarity among the military and civilians.

The unit also held a candlelight ceremony to pay tribute to martyrs and presented gifts to seven policy beneficiary families in the commune, with an amount of VND 3.5 million. They also cleaned and maintained the hygiene of the martyrs' cemetery in the commune, among other activities.

Chairman of the Hoang Dieu Commune People's Committee Dao Danh Dung emphasized that these efforts contributed to improving the material and spiritual life of the local residents and demonstrated the role of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new situation.
