Nghe An border troops care for revolution contributors
PANO – Around 400 needy ethnic minority people and policy beneficiaries in Bac Ly commune, Nghe An province’s Ky Son district have had their health checked by medical staff from the provincial Border Guard and My Ly Border Post.
The three-day event was among practical activities to pay tribute to martyrs’ families and revolution contributors prior to the 70
th Vietnam Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs’ Day which falls on July 27.
The delegation also presented medicine and provided methods to prevent some diseases as well as measures to protect the environment for locals.
According to Caption Tran Nam Thang, Medical Assistant at the provincial Border Guard said that the gratitude-returning activities were not only to improve public health, but also to strengthen military-civil solidarity.
