Naval Technical College holds blood donation program
PANO - The Naval Technical College and Military Hospital 175 co-held a blood donation program on October 28.
In the spirit of “A drop of blood donated - A life saved,” blood donation has become a good virtue of officers, instructors, staff, cadets, and soldiers of the college over the past time.

This year, the program drew the participation of more than 500 people. The organizing panel collected more than 500 units of blood. These will be added to the blood bank of Military Hospital 175.
According to Naval Captain Luong Duc Khanh, Political Commissar of the Naval Technical College, over the past years, the college has closely coordinated with Military Hospital 175 to effectively conduct information dissemination and raise awareness among officers, instructors, staff, cadets, and soldiers of the humanitarian meaning of voluntary blood donation. These practical and meaningful activities affirm the responsibility of the college in general and the troops in particular towards the community.

Since 2016, the college has organized 15 blood donation drives, collecting a total of more than 11,500 blood units.
