Doctors also gave troops and locals prescriptions for some common diseases and provided them with free medicines. They also offered nutrition consultation to island troops and people and equipped them with methods to protect themselves from common diseases. The activity was conducted at a total cost of VND 65 million.

Leaders of Military Hospital 268 and the Thua Thien Hue provincial Social Insurance Agency present gifts to troops and islanders who are in difficult circumstances.

On the occasion, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Military Hospital 268 and the Thua Thien Hue provincial Social Insurance Agency’s leadership presented 21 gifts, worth VND 500,000 each, to households on the island and an oxygen generator, worth VND 40 million, to the island district’s infirmary.
