Representatives of the organizing board, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Binh province, cycling teams and other relevant forces pay tribute to martyrs.

Delegates laid wreaths and offered incense to fallen soldiers at the Quang Binh War Cemetery, where more than 3,000 fallen soldiers, including 1,000 volunteer soldiers sacrificing themselves for international service in Laos, rest in peace.

In a touched and solemn atmosphere, participants bowed their heads to pay deep tribute to fallen soldiers, who sacrificed themselves for the national struggle for salvation and for international service in the neighboring country.

Senior Colonel Phung Kim Lan, PAN’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief, offers incense and paying tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap, a noble example, a brilliant follower of President Ho Chi Minh, the Big Brother of the Vietnam People’s Army, who made great contributions to the national revolution cause and the process of building and developing the Vietnam People’s Army. 

The delegation then laid wreaths, offered incense, and paid homage to late General Vo Nguyen Giap at his tomb in Vung Chua - Dao Yen in Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district.
