Distressed fishermen rescued in Truong Sa

One of the three victims receives healthcare from doctors of the medical station of Truong Sa townlet.

The three fishermen, Tran Tung, Nguyen Bao Dong, and Tran Thanh Vien were injured in a gas blast on their ship when fishing in the waters of Truong Sa. They then were taken to Truong Sa townlet for emergency treatment. Notably, fisherman Tran Tung was severely hurt with a brain injury and various small wounds.

The fishermen received first aid from medical personnel at the medical station of Truong Sa townlet after receiving a medical check and going through the disinfection process against the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).
