The delegation included Senior Colonel Tran Hong Que, Deputy Political Commissar of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command; Ho Xuan Trang, Deputy Head of the Hue Municipal Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilization; along with representatives of local Party committees and authorities.

During visits to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers Tran Thi Suong in My Thuong commune; Bach Thi Xu, Tong Thi Nhon, and Truong Thi Nghi in Phu Ho commune; and Nguyen Thi Tuyet in Thanh Thuy ward, Senior Colonel Tran Hong Que, on behalf of the delegation, warmly inquired after, offered encouragement, and conveyed his best wishes for their well-being. He also expressed profound gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices made by the mothers in the struggle for national liberation and reunification.

These activities not only demonstrated the traditional principle of gratitude, “when drinking water, remember its source,” but also affirmed the attention and care of the Party, the State, and the military for those who rendered meritorious service to the revolution.
