According to Senior Colonel Pham Dinh Trieu, Political Commissar of the Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard Command, despite difficulties, the troops have closely coordinated with local authorities to take care of local people via practical gifts and activities, contributing to raising local people’s living standard, thereby promoting military-civilian ties, building the whole people border posture, and firmly protecting national sovereignty.
The program has become a cultural tradition of the troops and border people in Tay Ninh province over the past time.
