Vietnam Coast Guard Command conducts live-fire test
PANO - On May 18, at Dong Doi Shooting Range of the Army Officer Training School No.1, the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army and the Vietnam Coast Guard Command conducted a live-fire ACH shooting Lesson 1 test for non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command. Colonel Dao Anh Tu, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Vietnam Coast Guard, observed the test.
The purpose of the inspection was to assess the training of the officers, test their weapon mastery, and evaluate their ability to hit targets hidden in daylight using the AK rifle. This evaluation serves as a foundation for the unit to learn from experience and enhance the quality of future training.

Thanks to thorough and comprehensive preparation of the training content and close coordination with participating forces to ensure safety, the test was conducted with seriousness and effectiveness. As a result, 100 percent of the troops met the established requirements while maintaining absolute safety for both personnel and weapons.
Throughout the test, each individual observed discipline, demonstrated a strong mentality, and a firm grasp of the fundamental techniques and rules of shooting. They strictly adhered to discipline and safety regulations during the live-fire practice.
