PANO - The Department of Political Education and Information under the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army launched a training course for orators in the whole army on February 22nd in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the event, participants were briefed on the results of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the preparations of army units for welcoming the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival. They were also informed of domestic and international issues, among others.

In addition, delegates contributed opinions to the amended laws on social insurance and health insurance 2014.
