General Nghia speaks at the event. |
Attentively, they always took the lead in covering news on COVID-19 prevention and control efforts, natural disaster prevention, and search and rescue missions. They also actively studied theories, summed up their real practices, fought slanderous allegations by hostile forces, and protected the Party’s ideological foundation.
Furthermore, a number of the published articles refuting wrongful and reactionary viewpoints have drawn much attention from both domestic and international readers and received high praise from the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, and Information and Communications.
Additionally, press publications helped promote the good tradition of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers”, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Party and political work, and build a politically, ideologically, and organizationally-strong military. They also contributed to orienting public opinion and raising the public’s awareness of national building and defense in the current period. Notably, a lot of articles were awarded high prizes by central and local-level agencies.
