Population, family and children-related work to be comprehensively boosted in the military

In the first half of the year, the population, family and children-related work in the military was comprehensively implemented and met all set targets.

Especially, the sub-committees for Population, Family and Children in units in the whole military completed its assigned tasks as regulated while boosting dissemination work via many forms. Meanwhile, units also supported infertile soldiers working in toxic environment in the military with nearly VND 7 billion.

Addressing the conference, Gen. Vinh requested the committee’s affiliated units to continue to reach set targets in the last six months of the year, grasping the situation and encouraging troops to perform their tasks while taking care of children, especially those with disabilities, orphans, among others.
