NR3 mission offers Tet gifts to Ly Son islanders
PANO – A mission of the Naval Region 3 (NR3) Command, led by its Deputy Commander Naval Captain Vo Van Tuyen, visited and gave Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts to troops and islanders in Ly Son island district, Quang Ngai province, on January 12.

During the visit, the mission offered incense and flowers in tribute to heroic martyrs at the Ly Son Martyrs’ Memorial and presented gifts to the local authorities and armed forces.
The gifts show the care of NR3 for the island’s troops and people ahead of the upcoming Tet festival.
Colonel Tran Anh Tuan, Political Commissar of the Ly Son district Military Command, expressed his delight at receiving the mission.
He affirmed that the unit will continue to collaborate with relevant local agencies and forces to maintain stability on the island and accomplish all assigned tasks.
