In his speech, Major General Nguyen Duc Trinh, the university’s rector said that the upgrade was the decision of the Ministry of National Defence, with an investment of more than VND 115 billion.
The upgrade will help improve the teaching and studying quality and create a modern working place for the university’s staff and trainees, so it will continue to deserve its prestigious position in the army and the country. Besides, this upgrade will be in harmony with other structural work being carried out on Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Hanoi and other nearby projects.
