The exhibition, approved by the Ministries of National Defense and Public Security, aims to introduce solutions, equipment, and technologies related to national defense and security. It is a chance for Vietnam to popularize its defense industry and security products to the international community. It is also an opportunity for Vietnamese military agencies, units, and enterprises to exchange experiences, get access to the world’s advanced equipment and technologies, and receive new defense and security technologies transferred from leading international producers and experts.
At this first-ever exhibition, the most advanced weapons, technologies, defensive surveillance systems, combat vehicles related to policemen and anti-terrorist armed forces are being showcased.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Nguyen Dinh Long, Director of EIFEC Co., Ltd., an organizer of the exhibition, said that the DSE Vietnam 2019 has drawn the participation of hundreds of the world’s leading defense-security brand names, such as Rosoboroexport, Techmash, Lockheed Martin, Airbus, Raytheon, and Q Optiq.
The three-day exhibition will include an array of connection activities, technology exchanges, and thematic presentations by the world’s leading experts. It will allow those in attendance to learn more about experiences and new tech trends from around the world.
The exhibition was jointly organized by the Department of Equipment Supplies and Logistics Service under the Ministry of Public Security, the Defense Industry Technical-Economic Corporation under the Economic Department of the Ministry of National Defense, EIFEC Company and Expo Services Pte., Ltd.
