Before leaving Cat Lai port run by Brigade 125 (Naval Region 2), the delegation offered incense at the memorial house of fallen soldiers of no-number ships.

They then visited and presented gifts to troops and people on islands of the Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platforms.

During the program, the GDP’s delegation offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and fallen soldiers at the memorial house on the Truong Sa archipelago. They also toured historical and cultural structures, and presented gifts to troops and local people.

The delegation acknowledged and hailed the achievements of troops stationed on Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platforms over the past time. 

On this occasion, they also organized a tree-planting festival on Song Tu Tay island and in Truong Sa island town; attended a ceremony to mark the 46th anniversary of the liberation of the Truong Sa archipelago; presented gifts to the troops and islanders.
