At the event, delegates evaluated that in 2022, under the direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Political Affairs, Party committees, political commissars, and political agencies at all levels, the emulation work and “Determined-to-win” emulation movement have been comprehensively and synchronously carried out.
“Determined-to-win” emulation movement has been continuously implemented by all agencies and units and closely linked with the “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style” and “Promoting tradition, devoting talent, deserving to be Uncle Ho's soldier” movements in the new period and patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by all levels, agencies and organizations, contributing to building outstandingly healthy and strong party committees and organizations at all levels.
At the meeting, the delegates discussed the theme, goals, and contents of the emulation and commendation in 2023 as well as measures to enhance the effectiveness of the work.
Addressing the meeting, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet highly appreciated the standing body’s efforts in developing the draft report as well as the enthusiastic and responsible contribution of the delegates at the meeting.
Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested the standing agency to directly collect delegates’ comments and proactively complete reports to submit them to the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Ministry of National Defense in the coming time.
