General Giang inquires after the committee's members and wounded soldiers 

During the visit, on behalf of the Central Military Commission (CMC), Ministry of National Defense (MND) General Giang paid tribute to the great contribution of wounded and fallen soldiers to the cause of national liberation and unification as well as construction and defense.

The defense minister also briefed the association’s central committee on the outcomes of the whole military over the past time in implementing gratitude activities and policy work for military and its rear.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Wounded and Fallen Soldiers’ Day, General Giang inquired after the whole committee, wounded soldiers and their relatives.

He hoped that in the coming time, the committee would ensure close coordination with the MND and continue making great contribution to the development of the military and country.

On this occasion, General Giang presented gifts of the CMC, MND to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans’ Association and wounded soldiers who are working at the committee.

For his part, on behalf of the committee, Chairman Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duoc thanked the CMC, MND, and especially the defense minister for their care. He affirmed that the committee would continue promoting the noble virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers to contribute to building the Vietnam People’s Army.
