The meeting focused on technical work. According to delegates’ assessment, over the past time, the whole military technical sector has implemented numerous solutions to ensure the quantity and quality of weapons and equipment, contributing to serving training, combat readiness and other unexpected missions.

Technical units have focused on improving the quality of repairs, maintenance and preservation of weapons and equipment; strictly maintaining discipline and procedures as well as ensuring the safety of military depots; building ready plans to cope with unusual and complicated changes in weather conditions; actively implementing technical research and promoting the application of achievements of the fourth Industrial Revolution to the digital transformation in the military technical sector.

Speaking at the meeting, General Phan Van Giang stressed that participants gave useful opinions for technical ensurance. Many opinions proposed breakthough resolutions to improving the maintenance of weapons and equipment. General Phan Van Giang required functional agencies to collect ideas from delegates and continue to adjust the plan for technical services, contributing to meeting military task requirements in the time to come.
