CMC inspects preparations for Party congresses of several units

At the event, delegates were briefed on the preparation for the 16th Congress of the Party Organization of General Department II. The unit’s Party Committee has issued numerous documents to direct its affiliate Party organizations to strictly follow higher-levels’ resolutions and instructions on holding Party congresses at all levels.

The evaluation report by the General Department of Politics on the preparation for the 16th Congress of the Party Organization of General Department II said that the unit’s political draft reports have been compiled in line with higher levels’ instructions, focusing on building healthy Party organizations and comprehensively strong units to meet the task requirements in the time to come.

Speaking at the event, General Lich praised the solidarity and responsibility of the Party Organization of General Department II in preparing for its Party Congress over the past time. The defense minister required the unit’s Party Committee to acquire the content of the evaluation report of the General Department of Politics while reviewing and amending their political draft reports with a clarification of measures for task accomplishment in the next term.

* The same day, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, inspected the preparation for the Congress of the Party Organization of the Armored Corps for the 2020-2025 term.

At the working session with the unit’s Party Committee, General Phuong applauded the efforts of the unit for its Party Congress. He urged them to continue following higher levels’ instructions, enhancing information dissemination and promoting emulation drives, contributing to the success of the event.
